Hello, my name is Naoki Nomura

 

 I was born and raised in Japan.  Since I saw "Star Wars" in my childhood, I wanted to work for the movie industry. So after I graduated from high school, I went to San Francisco State University to study cinema.

 

After I went back to Japan, since I leaned how to use LightWave, the first job I got was in Gaming industry, but I knew my passion was always in movie making.  Therefore, I came back in San Francisco on 2012 to pursue my goal.

 

And after 3 years, I graduated Academy of Art University in San Francisco with MFA degree in Animation / Visual Effects focused on Compositing in May 2015.

Currently, after a year of working at Toneplus Animation Studios on August 22 2016, I am working as a freelance compositor in Tokyo, Japan
